ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Olivia began practicing Yoga in 2013 to find balance between the stresses of working a full time job and being a full time student. She quickly became involved in the Yoga community by attending daily classes and volunteering at her local studio. After a year dedicated to her practice and exploring her new passion she decided to take it a step further by enrolling in a yoga teacher training. Upon the completion of her degree she spent two months immersed in the Yoga community on Koh Phangan Island in Thailand where she completed her Hatha/Vinyasa Teacher Training. Olivia is dedicated to being a student of yoga and forever learning about the practice. She now teaches classes at South Pacific Health Club and Breathe Wellbeing in the CBD.
