Join a Runner’s World pace group at Run Melbourne. Pace Groups give you the chance to run with a group under the guidance of an experienced run leader who runs at a pace calculated to get the group to the finish line at a specific time.

Visit the Runner’s World pace leader marquee to get your pacing band to wear on your wrist on race day – this tells you an estimated time to help you keep your pace.

All 10K participants must meet their Runner’s World Pace Leaders from 8:45am at the Runner’s World pace leader marquee or find them at the start line – you’ll be able to locate them easily, as each pace leader will be holding target times for each distance.

Pace Leaders will be pacing the following times for the 10K:

  • 45min
  • 50min
  • 55min
  • 60min
