The 5K warm-up will be held at the main stage at Federation Square at 9:45am.

Join a Runner’s World pace group at Run Melbourne. Pace Groups give you the chance to run with a group under the guidance of an experienced run leader who runs at a pace calculated to get the group to the finish line at a specific time.

Visit the Runner’s World pace leader marquee located in Federation Square to get your pacing band to wear on your wrist on race day – this tells you an estimated time to help you keep your pace.

All 5K participants must meet their Runner’s World Pace Leaders from 10:00AM at the Runner’s World pace leader marquee or find them at the start line – you’ll be able to locate them easily, as each pace leader will be holding target times for each distance.

Pace Leaders will be pacing the following times for the 5K:

  • 20min
  • 25min
  • 30min
  • 35min
