JOIN IN THE FUN WITH SOLE MOTIVE AT OUR FREE WEEKLY TRAINING RUNS EVERY TUESDAY AT 6PM.
Head into the city to pound the pavement of Melbourne’s most renowned streets. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or taking your first steps towards
fitness, the Sole Motive Run Club caters for runners of all abilities with runs split into groups according to distance and pace.
RUN WITH US
Our training runs are about fun & fitness. We offer two distances – 4/5/6km or 8/9/10km, with paces for both groups ranging between 5:30min/km to 6:30min/km.
Runners are supported by two run leaders (1 in the shorter distance, and 1 in the longer group).
WHERE: Sole Motive (170 Queen St, Melbourne)
WHEN: Every Tuesday – arrive at 5.45pm for a 6pm start
